Looking for a community-driven, transit-oriented apartment complex that offers vibrant and engaging living? This proposed development at 201 Brighton is designed to deliver just that!
This proposed six-story building will replace an underutilized industrial site and bring 145 residential units, both affordable and market rate, along with ground-floor retail space to the heart of Allston. The building will be Passive House certified at completion and will feature a robust amenities package including a coworking space, lounge, family-oriented rec room, Uber lounge, and not one, but two, roof decks!
We’re thrilled to be working with DND Homes on this transformative project bringing some much-needed housing to the city. Stay tuned for what`s next!

We’re excited to share before-and-after highlights from a recently completed occupied interior renovation of a historic factory building in Lynn, MA—an affordable housing community home to hundreds of senior residents.
Working alongside Redwood Housing, whose commitment to quality, safe, and comfortable housing closely aligns with our own, Redwood’s resident-focused approach helped guide which areas to prioritize to ensure the greatest benefit for residents.
Focused on enhancing the building’s amenity spaces, updates included refreshed lobby areas, a welcoming community room, salon, and library, along with new amenities such as a fitness center and computer lab.
One of our favorite details? The new wayfinding signage, thoughtfully designed to celebrate the building’s past lives and showcase historic photos of Lynn from the time the building was originally constructed.
