We’re excited to celebrate the recent completion of two new recovery and rehabilitation centers at 10 Technology Drive in Lowell, MA.
What makes this project especially unique is that two independent organizations, Vinfen and Spectrum Health Systems, Inc., chose to locate their services within the same building, creating an environment where individuals can more easily access a wider range of support throughout their recovery journey. While each organization operates separately, having these complementary services under one roof helps improve accessibility and creates a stronger network of care for the community.
Projects like this are especially meaningful to us because they align with our #HousingForAll mission. Access to recovery, rehabilitation, and supportive services can be a critical step toward achieving long-term stability and housing security. By creating spaces that support these services, we’re helping provide opportunities for individuals to take those important first steps forward.

DMS had a great night at Citizens’ Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA) 59th Annual Dinner, catching up with friends, clients, and industry partners celebrating the progress being made in affordable housing.

Earlier this week, the DMS design, llc team celebrated the ribbon cutting for 150 River Street Village—a project more than 10 years in the making.
This new age-restricted development brings 30 crucial mixed-income housing units to the Mattapan community, helping older residents remain in the neighborhoods they’ve called home for decades. As housing costs continue to rise, developments like this are critical to preserving access to community, transportation, healthcare, and dignity in aging.

Looking for a community-driven, transit-oriented apartment complex that offers vibrant and engaging living? This proposed development at 201 Brighton is designed to deliver just that!
This proposed six-story building will replace an underutilized industrial site and bring 145 residential units, both affordable and market rate, along with ground-floor retail space to the heart of Allston. The building will be Passive House certified at completion and will feature a robust amenities package including a coworking space, lounge, family-oriented rec room, Uber lounge, and not one, but two, roof decks!
