This residential complex consists of two buildings. The Cathedral is an adaptive reuse of an existing church into an apartment building and The Chelsea Flats is a new construction build of a condominium building. The Chelsea Cathedral transformed an existing historic church into an apartment building yielding 16 units. The historic elements of the church were preserved while improving the structure and facade of the building through new windows, paint, and lighting. The Chelsea Flats is adjacent to the apartments and is comprised of 14 condominium units. Amenities include private balconies, community room, covered parking, and a rooftop deck.
