New construction of a six story, 90-unit residential apartment building consisting of ground floor amenity and retail space and 5-stories of apartments. The new apartment building will be strategically built around an existing retail building, ensuring the surrounding area is maintained. The majority of the units consist of one-bedrooms, but this complex will consist of a variety of unit types and sizes. The units will be a mix of 8 studio units, 70 one bedroom units, 10 two-bedroom units and 2 three-bedroom units. Per the City of Cambridge requirements, the building will be certifiable to LEED Silver or Enterprise Green Communities.
