New construction of a 27-unit affordable apartment building located in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Boston. The apartment building consists of 3 studio units, 3 one-bedroom units, 16 two-bedroom units, and 5 three-bedroom units over one level of parking. Amenities include laundry, bicycle storage, a community room and a landscaped green space with a playground and several gardens. DMS was the Architect of Record. The project is projected to be LEED Silver certifiable.
