DMS is extremely experienced with occupied multi-family renovation projects. We have completed several mod-rehabs of occupied buildings that have included window and roofing replacement, brick repointing, heating system conversions, boiler replacements, accessibility compliance as well as upgrades to elevators, fire alarm systems, common area makeup air, kitchens, bathrooms and common area finishes.

Our experience with whole building renovations combined with our flexible scheduling and fast response time make us a great fit for quick response projects such as fire restorations as well as smaller replacement reserve projects that require design assistance. We also have experience working on projects with funding from MassHousing, HUD, Boston DND and DHCD including LIHTC’s and historic tax credits.
