Urban Land Institute awarded the Jack Kemp Excellence in Affordable and Workforce Housing Award to The Flats at 22, The Flats at 44 and other Chelsea buildings located in the Box District.
Flats at 44: Architect of Record for design-build modular construction of mixed income housing. New construction and renovation for a total of 46 apartments. The Flats at 44 is the first project to utilize the Commonwealth’s Housing Development Incentive Program (HDIP), which encourages the construction of market rate housing.
