DMS was founded in 2006 and is conveniently located on Boston’s North Shore. DMS works on architectural projects throughout New England and internationally in Liberia and Sierra Leone in Africa and in Haiti. Managing Principal Dan Skolski brings 20+ years of experience in housing and is licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Florida and New Jersey.
DMS has extensive multi-family housing experience in affordable housing, mixed income, and market rate projects, including low-rise, high-rise, and mixed use buildings with a wide array of interior and exterior amenities. DMS has worked with funding agencies such as MassHousing, HUD, DHCD, City of Boston’s DND, Rhode Island Housing, and New Hampshire Workforce Housing. We have significant experience with the renovation of occupied, affordable apartment buildings utilizing LIHTC and historic tax credits, capital needs assessments, and feasibility studies.
