Leah is a Job Captain at DMS, bringing a thoughtful, grounded, and collaborative approach to every project. She first joined DMS as an intern during her bachelor’s studies and later returned full time after completing her master’s degree—both from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Leah has a deep appreciation for the relationship between the natural and built environment, an interest shaped by her upbringing around carpentry. Her experience centers on multifamily housing, including ground-up developments, mixed-use projects, and adaptive reuse, along with additional technical work in water treatment facility design. Detail-oriented and passionate about the craft, she is currently pursuing her professional licensure.

Outside of work, Leah enjoys playing and coaching volleyball, skiing, baking, and thrift shopping.
