This adaptive reuse project transformed a vacant office building into a two-story behavioral health and rehabilitation center, creating a modern, supportive environment for two independent organizations. While each organization operates separately, their co-location provides individuals with access to a broader continuum of rehabilitation, recovery, and outpatient support services within a single facility.
The first floor was designed to support crisis stabilization and recovery services, featuring a covered triage drive-in / drop-off area, intake center, resident lounge with computer stations and kitchenette, and both short- and long-term residential accommodations.
The second floor provides rehabilitation and outpatient services, including multiple departments for short- and long-term stays, a commercial kitchen and dining area, outpatient medication dispensary, intake center, fitness center, and dedicated training spaces for educational programming.
Exterior improvements included a new roof, replacement loading dock doors, a new ADA-compliant entrance with accessible ramp, updated exterior lighting, and site landscaping.
